The subject I have chosen is essentially concerned with three elements: Living, working and exhibiting. The starting point for the area/space is guest lecturers/artists who are attached to the Academy of Art and Design and the School of Architecture for shorter periods. For a limited period they would be able to rent a space on the premises where needs connected to the three elements would be met.
